Our RATES

Our rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast.
Prices are as follows:

BUDGET: USD 66.00 per night.
STANDARD: USD 79.00 per night.
PREMIUM TWIN: USD 89.00 per night.
PREMIUM DOUBLE QUEEN: USD 112.00 per night.

Extra persons over the age of 7 years are USD 15.00 each.
Maximum occupancy is Standard 3 persons and  Premium Double 5 persons

Booking Policy: 
Check-in – 12:00 /  Check out 11:00 Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check what conditions apply to your preferred room.

Up to two children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Up to two older children or adults are charged USD 30 per person per night when using existing beds.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.  Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Pets are not allowed. Limited free WiFi is available in public areas.

Meal plan:
Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Cancellation: Full payment is required at the time of booking. In the event of cancellations or no shows, the full price of the reservations will be charged.

Taxes: There is a Hotel Accommodation Tax in the amount of 10% on hotel room rental. All other related purchases are subject to 12.5% Value Added Tax
